The autumn carnival will be less than a week away on Saturday and some of the nation’s best will be on show at Rosehill on Saturday.

The meeting will be headlined by two Group 2 features – the $400,000 Hobartville Stakes (1400m) for three-year-olds and the juveniles clash in the $300,000 Silver Slipper Stakes (1100m).
A field of 11 has been declared for each race with star colt Broadsiding set to make his return in the Hobartville Stakes.
The James Cummings-trained colt will take on the likes of proven Group 1 performers Mayfair, Linebacker, China Sea, Firm Agreement and the filly Aeliana.
Also in the field are the Eskimo Prince Stakes winner Public Attention and Gloaming Stakes winner Swiftfalcoln.

The Silver Slipper Stakes will see four horses in the top four lines of Golden Slipper betting clash in the lead-up to the world’s richest two-year-old race.
Golden Slipper favourite Wodeton is in the race along with second favourites North England and Bel Merci and West On Swindon which sits on the fourth line of betting.
Others in the race include Lonhro Plate placegetter Beiwacht and Max Lees Classic placegetter Buffalo.
