Voice of the UFC and podcast superstar Joe Rogan savages US presidential hopeful Joe Biden, saying he’d prefer to vote for Donald Trump
The voice of the UFC and podcast giant Joe Rogan has set the internet on fire with a stinging indictment of Democratic hopeful Joe Biden.
Podcast superstar Joe Rogan has revealed he’d rather vote for Donald Trump in the US Presidential election rather than former vice-president Joe Biden.
The statement comes with reports Rogan’s preferred democratic candidate — Senator Bernie Sanders — is considering his next steps.
The Democratic nomination is down to a two-horse race between Biden and Sanders.
It comes after Rogan publicly revealed he would vote for Sanders in January.
“I’ll probably vote for Bernie,” Rogan said. “Him as a human being, when I was hanging out with him, I believe in him, I like him – I like him a lot. He's been insanely consistent his entire life.
“He’s basically been saying the same thing, been for the same thing, his whole life. And that in and of itself is a very powerful structure to operate from."”
But while Sanders won some of the early states, Biden has come back strongly and is currently leading the delegate count 1,215 to Sanders’ 909 according to Politico.
In order to secure the Democratic nomination, a candidate needs 1991 delegates overall.
And now Rogan has let his fans know how he feels about Biden, who was Barack Obama’s vice-president.
The influential podcaster and UFC commentator took aim at Biden on his The Joe Rogan Experience podcast while speaking with Thiel Capital investment firm managing director Eric Weinstein.
Originally talking about how Trump’s behaviour, they spoke about how it was comparable to a professional wrestler.
Rogan said Trump’s appeal is “hitting a certain frequency that provides comfort and narrows the boundaries of what’s possible and puts things into some very digestible form that morons love.
“I’m not saying everyone all people who support Trump are morons, but there are a lot of people who like him because he’s talking in this band,” he added.
Weinstein said “I want a choice of an actual president who’s viable”.
While Rogan had previously called Biden “very old” and “stumbling”, but said it was a much bigger issue for the Democratic party and its bid to oust Trump.
“This is the real issue with the Democratic Party,” he said. “They’ve essentially made us all morons with this Joe Biden thing. They really have. They’ve made us all morons. I can't vote for that guy.
“I’d rather vote for Trump than (Biden). I don’t think he can handle anything. You’re relying entirely on his cabinet.
“If you want to talk about an individual leader who can communicate, he can’t do that. And we don’t know what the f*** he’ll be like after a year in office.
“The pressure of being President of the United States is something that no one has ever prepared for.
“The only one who seems to be fine with it is Trump, oddly enough. He doesn’t seem to be ageing at all or in any sort of decline.
“Obama, almost immediately, started looking older. George W. (Bush), almost immediately, started looking older.”
While many people jumped on social media to slam Rogan, making him trend for his opinion but some also believed it was pointing to a popular fear that Sanders supporters will abandon the Democratic party if Bernie doesn’t win the nomination.
Joe Rogan is correct about Joe Biden. Can't vote for that guy. Sorry.

Right now I'm leaning toward not voting at all, which if enough people do, will ensure a Trump victory.
Your move Democrats.
This is NOT a problem with American voters, this is a problem with the DNC.
If I were a Dem watching Bernie-endorsing Joe Rogan say heâd rather vote for Trump than Biden, I would be spending a lot more time sweating how many more feel that same way and why than nagging Bernieâs comms kid to tweet âJoe Rogan is bad nowâ

The problem w/ Joe Rogan saying he'd vote for Trump over Biden is that he's echoing what I hear so many Sanders' supporters saying. And when a famous person who's endorsed Bernie puts it out there, voters feel even more justified letting Trump win again. That's some #privilege.

Biden may lose for various reasons, but not because Rogan or people like him won't vote for him.

Why are people mad at Joe Rogan?

No one in their right mind thinks Joe Biden is mentally fit to run a conference call, let alone the entire country.
Yâall gotta relax.
Umm, I'd say it's an indictment of Joe Rogan. What kind of moron would choose Donald Trump over Joe Biden? That kind of moron, I guess. https://t.co/hVYfRvtcuY
