We’ve long established that Tacko Fall is an absolute giant of a human being. The towering 231cm basketball player dwarfs everyone in his path.

His path of destruction on the court has become a photographer’s dream, with the hulking figure turning above average height men into ants.

But the latest incredible images have nothing to do with the hardwood of a basketball court. Instead Fall has jumped into the pool and is doing swimming lessons, alongside an excited group of youngsters.

“I’m learning how to swim. This is it,” Fall said, per The Boston Globe’s Nicole Yang. “I’m learning how to swim. Just give me a couple of days.”

The towering presence shouldn’t be worried about drowning. Standing in the four feet deep pool, the water doesn’t even go past Fall’s hip as he plays a game of marco polo with the kids.

Fall will be hoping to grab a roster spot on the Boston Celtics when training camp officially opens next week.

He’ll battle for the 15th spot on the squad alongside Javonte Green, Kaiser Gates, Tremont Waters and Max Strus.

If the camp is based on marketability, Fall will secure the spot in a landslide after he became a fan favourite during the NBA’s Summer League.

Lines to get an autograph stretched as far as the eye could see as fans clambered to get up close to the NBA big man.

All we know is we want to see Fall in the league and turning the NBA’s big guys into average looking joe’s.
