Prince Harry and Usain Bolt share cheeky moment at Commonwealth Games
ONE is the prince of a kingdom. The other is the king of sprinters. What happened when Prince Harry met Usain Bolt at the Commonwealth Games overnight?
ONE is the prince of a kingdom, the other is the king of sprinters.
But Prince Harry and Usain Bolt both have a winning sense of humour.
The fourth in line to the throne met the world’s fastest man during a tour of the athletes’ village in Glasgow overnight.
But never one to avoid the difficult questions or the hard issues, the unflappable prince got straight to the point with the six-time Olympic gold medallist.
The pair, who were joined by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, talked about their mutual love of chicken nuggets before moving on to fitness issues.
Bolt asked Harry whether he worked out.

Harry replied that he didn’t, before asking cheekily: “Do you work out?”
Then he asked his brother, Prince William, the same question.
“Obviously, that’s solid,” William joked.
Prince Harry seemed chuffed when he learned that he and the Jamaican star shared a passion for chicken nuggets, and he asked if the sprinter had been eating them during training.
Bolt, who said he ate 1000 Chicken McNuggets over 10 days at the Beijing Games, replied he actually hadn’t and was eating more healthily in Glasgow.

William said his brother could learn from the athletic champion’s newfound culinary abstinence.
The encounter was part of an action-packed day for the fun-loving Prince, who was also caught photobombing two Kiwi athletes.
It wasn’t the first time that Harry and Bolt have rubbed shoulders.
The Prince took on the world’s fastest man at his own game during a mock race in Jamaica in 2012.
Prince Harry was touring the Caribbean as part of a Diamond Jubilee tour in honour of Queen Elizabeth II, celebrating her 60 years on the throne, when he raced the champion on his home turf.
