NRL WAG Tahlia Giumelli reveals she has been diagnosed with ADHD

Tom Burgess’ wife Tahlia Giumelli has opened up on social media about the “eye opening” health diagnosis she’s been dealing with.

Tahlia Giumelli, the wife of NRL star Tom Burgess, has revealed she has been diagnosed with ADHD.

In a series of uploads to her Instagram story, Guimelli detailed the two books she had started reading after learning she had the condition, which can make sufferers restless or have difficulty concentrating.

“These are the two books that were recommended to me by my psychiatrist,” she wrote.

“Finally found them after I miss placed [sic] them in the house. Shock.

“Women with Attention Deficit Disorder was the first one I read after I was diagnosed and it was an eye opener for me and explained so much so was really comforting (but I skipped the first 10ish pages and went straight to chapter 1 haha).

“Will save them in my story highlight for you.”

The model – who has two daughters with Burgess – previously revealed that she had an eating disorder that began when she only a teenager.

The couple announced their engagement on New Year’s Eve in 2019 after three years of dating.

Tom and Tahlia officially tied the knot in January this year at a waterfront park in Sydney’s Watsons Bay surrounded by close friends and family.

Tahlia shared a snap of the moment the pair shared their first kiss as husband and wife, alongside the caption: “Mr and Mrs – 21.01.2022”.

The pair had to push back their wedding day twice.

On December 11, Tahlia shared an Instagram photo of her and Tom alongside a lengthy caption explaining it was the day they meant to get married.

‘Happy ‘should have been’ wedding day,” she began the post. “We should have been saying our vows right now in front of our family and friends in Byron Bay and celebrating with one too many cocktails.

“Instead we turned it into a family holiday, made some more memories and soaking up the pre-wedding bliss that is still to come.”
