Cristiano Ronaldo gives agent an entire Greek island

REAL Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has outdone himself this time, giving his agent this ridiculously extravagant wedding present.

CRISTIANO Ronaldo is well-known as one of the richest players in sport. With an estimated net worth of over $150 million, he can afford to throw his money around here and there. Ronaldo’s latest purchase however, is one of the most extravagant we have ever seen from a sports star.

The football icon recently attended the wedding of long-time friend and agent Jorge Mendes. At the Portugal ceremony, Ronaldo allegedly announced to the “super agent” that Mendes would be the new owner of an entire Greek island. Yep, the whole thing.

The Greek Islands feature some of the most stunning scenery in all of Europe.

Ronaldo regularly frequents the Greek Islands during his holidays, where he must have decided a small land mass would be a fitting wedding present for one of the most powerful men in football.

Mendes was responsible for Ronaldo’s signing to Manchester United in 2003, and also manages the likes of Jose Mourinho, Angel Di Maria and Radamel Falcao.

It is unclear as to which island Ronaldo purchased for the 49-year-old, however according to Private Islands Online, prices range from $4.5 million to $52 million.

Ronaldo sure is one generous client.
