The world’s most famous pitch invader has done it yet again.

A week after he lined up next to the All Blacks for the national anthem before being escorted off the field, Daniel “Jarvo” Jarvis did it again, this time lining up alongside the Japanese team for the clash with Ireland in Dublin.

Maybe you could argue the Japanese players were shaken or maybe they were just outmatched but Ireland showed no mercy, running out 60-5 winners in the international rugby clash.

But Jarvo’s latest appearance has made headlines around the world once again.

It’s at the point where questions have to be asked about how he gets onto the field with the same schtick every week as he appears to constantly evade security’s notice by dressing as a player.

Jarvo made headlines when he ran onto Lord’s dressed in Indian team whites and ran onto the field in London’s NFL match between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Miami Dolphins last month wearing Jaguars kit.

While Jarvo wore a face mask when he lined up next to the All Blacks, he was without one but kept distanced when he lined up next to the Japanese players.

It didn’t stop the camera catching Jarvo standing with his hand over his heart as the anthems began.

After the anthem was over, Jarvo was led off the ground by security.

Social media was again quick to react, with some slamming the antics, and other coming around to the act.

Speaking to The Rugby Pod during the week, Jarvo revealed he wasn’t even arrested after the All Black incident.

“They just kicked me out,” he said.

“Big up the police force for letting me go.”

Asked what was next, Jarvo said: “I can’t really say what’s next but it’s big. I’m just starting my career off so it’s alright.”

As for the mask, he said that the mask gave it away and stopped him from staying out for longer next to the All Blacks.

As for why he does it?

“I love making people laugh,” he said. “I love that shock factor. I even do like the hate as well because it’s funny, I find it funny. It motivates me to do it more.”

And he said the biggest cost was the cost of the different jerseys and he said he’s never been fined for jumping on the pitch.

He was also on The Project NZ where he said that it’s all about making people happy.

“I love making people happy, I’m here for the jolly people. If [all the people moaning] weren’t moaning at me, they’d be moaning at something else,” Jarvis said.
