Student pictured with Usain Bolt reported to be widow of drug lord shot by police
USAIN Bolt may have bitten off more than he could chew when he was partying at the Olympics. The woman in those scandalous photos has a colourful past.
THE student who appeared to spend the night with Usain Bolt is the widow of a dangerous drug lord known as Diná Terror, The Sun reports.
According to police, Jady Duarte’s ex partner, Douglas Donato Pereira, was responsible for torturing and murdering a teenage girl in September 2014 and played a big part in the narcotics trade at the Faz Quem Quer slum in Rio de Janeiro.
The former gang member — who had two kids with Jady — was shot dead by elite police in March this year.
According to Mail Online, he described himself as a “Lord of War” and “terror of policemen” and is said to have been wanted for at least 10 crimes.
Following his death, Jady wrote on Facebook: “In eternity, I will be with my love the way I always wanted, because in heaven all the time is time to be happy.
“God will take you in, it’s my hope that in eternity I will see you.”
Jady was thrust into the global media spotlight when pictures of her with Bolt showing them appearing to be in bed together went viral from Whatsapp.
Afterwards, she said her time with the Olympian was “just normal” and she is “dying of shame”.
In one photo a topless Bolt appears to hug Jady from behind while the other looks like he is kissing her on the cheek.
After the pictures went viral, Jady said: “It’s very negative. I never wanted to be famous, I’m dying of shame.”
She was tight-lipped about what happened, but added: “It was not a big deal. It was normal.”
“I’d rather not talk about it to not complicate it.”
Bolt turned 30 on Sunday and celebrated by partying until the early hours of the morning at All In, a club in the Barra de Tijuca suburb of Rio.
The Jamaican sprinter wrote himself into the history books by winning the triple-triple in Rio, taking gold in the 100 metres, 200 metres and 4x100m relay.
Throughout his post-Games celebrations Bolt was recorded dancing and grinding on fellow party revellers at the De Bracos Albertas club, despite earlier revelations he had a long-term girlfriend.
Jady, who was also at the Rio hotspot, described how Bolt sent security over to get her attention — but she did not know who he was.
Speaking to local paper Extra, she said: “He sent security to call me, talk quickly. But at the time I did not even know it was him, because they were like many Jamaicans.”
Earlier, Bolt’s older sister, Christine Bolt-Hylton, 32, revealed her little brother is in a serious relationship with Jamaican beauty Kasi Bennett.
She even said she expects the track icon to propose to his 26-year-old partner on his return home.
Kasi took to Twitter to cheer on the fasted man on the planet as Bolt won the 200m final last week.
She posted a cryptic tweet on Sunday though, rebuffing a user who commented on the world “discovering” Bolt’s girlfriend, saying she was “hot”.
She replied: “I wish there was no discovery, but thank you so much. That’s really sweet of you.”
Bolt refused to stick around for the Rio closing ceremony and left a day earlier than planned.
He posted a final tweet before leaving Brazil, writing: “We came, we saw, we conquered. Rio I have endless love for you.”
