Rio Olympic BBC presenters steal attention away from the pool with their flirtatious antics

THE chemistry between a pair of Rio 2016 TV hosts seems to have been diverting viewers’ attention from the pool — along with their co-host’s dress.

THE CHEMISTRY between Rio 2016 TV presenters Rebecca Adlington and Mark Foster seems to have been diverting viewers’ attention from the pool.

According to The Sun, sharp-eyed fans watching swimmers compete at the Olympics noticed BBC commentator and former Olympic gold medallist Adlington’s hand slide on to Foster’s leg.

Viewers took to social media to comment on the chemistry between the swimmers.

Jason Scott Tilley (@TilleyEsquire) tweeted: “Rebecca Adlington so fancies Mark Foster.”

JOPI (@JoePinder20) added: “Bloody hell @BBCSport can you just shift Mark Foster and Rebecca Adlington apart, I’m here to watch swimming not them touch each other up.”

Adlington won gold in both the 400m freestyle and 800m freestyle at the 2008 Olympics and bronze in the same disciplines at London 2012.

Foster is a former world champion and among the most successful British swimmers of all time.

Adlington split from her husband of just 18 months in March while Foster’s relationship status is unknown. Neither have responded to the comments as yet.

The online frenzy happened moments after fellow presenter Helen Skelton sent viewers wild hosting poolside in a very short dress.
