What time does State of Origin Game 2 actually start?

The Blues have to win against Queensland in enemy territory to keep the Origin series alive. Here’s what you need to know about Game II.

After three weeks of selection debate and build-up, Game II of the 2023 State of Origin series is here.

Queensland leads the series 1-0 and the Maroons are the heavy favourites to wrap up the series with victory at home at Suncorp Stadium on Wednesday night.

NSW will have to win in enemy territory to make it 1-1 and keep the series alive.

What time does Game II actually start?

The game is scheduled to kick off at 8.05pm AEST, although it might be a few minutes after that given the usual delays.
