NRL star, partner’s adorable baby news after week he’ll never forget
A Queensland State of Origin star is enjoying the biggest week of his life after he and his partner shared the first photos of their big baby news.
It doesn’t get any better than this.
Cowboys star Reuben Cotter is enjoying the biggest week of his life after announcing the birth of his first daughter less than a week following his State of Origin debut.
The star forward announced his big baby news on Sunday night in a shared Instagram post with partner Mackenzie Falco.
The post announced the healthy arrival of daughter Sunny, born on Saturday.

A second photo shows the couple embracing their first child while still in the hospital.
“Our Sunny girl,” the caption of the post said.
“We didn’t know how much our hearts needed you, until this moment.”
Cotter admitted last week he was nervous about missing the birth after he was selected to play for Queensland in Wednesday’s series opener in Sydney.
Instead, he made a dream debut where he finished with 119m run and 51 tackles in the Maroons’ upset victory.
He wanted to fly home to Townsville as soon as possible following the win.
“I called my partner (first to tell her I’d been selected) – she’s at home, heavily pregnant,” Cotter said earlier this month.
“We are expecting a little one in the next few weeks. We are pretty excited.
“Fingers crossed she can hold off for the next couple of weeks and time it perfectly.”
That’s exactly what happened.
A number of Cowboys and Queensland teammates posted their congratulations to the couple on Instagram, including Chad Townsend and Felise Kaufusi.
