Married At First Sight star Susie Bradley has seemingly confirmed her split from NRL bad boy Todd Carney in a series of cryptic Instagram posts.

The on-and-off couple have been in a relationship since 2019, with the pair getting engaged on in December 2020 before welcoming their first child in March last year.

Now, it appears the couple may have gone their separate ways, with Bradley hinting at her recent heartbreak in a social media post on Wednesday night.

The ex-reality star posted a photo of herself sitting by a swimming pool with a broken heart emoji added to the picture.

This is the latest in a series of emotional posts from Bradley, who also deleted all trace of the former NRL star from her Instagram page.

Earlier this week she posted a photo of the ocean, which she simply captioned, “Numb.”

She then shared another photo of herself looking into the camera, with the caption, “You never know when life is going to completely f*** you.”

Carney, meanwhile, has deleted his Instagram account entirely.

Another hint that the couple may not be on good terms came in the form of a post shared to Bradley’s cosmetic page, The Beauty Clinic.

She shared an image to the business’ Instagram page of a bad weather warning from Virgin Airline and a text saying her flight had been cancelled.

“Could this day get any worse,” Bradley captioned the image.

She then promised her clients in Lithgow that she would be in contact and planned to fly in that evening for work.

The last time the couple were pictured together was in a loved-up Instagram post for Valentine’s Day in February.

“Love isn’t always perfect. It isn’t a fairytale or storybook. And it doesn’t always come easy. Love is overcoming obstacles, facing challenges, fighting to be together, holding on and never letting go. It is a short word, easy to spell, difficult to define and impossible to live without,” she wrote, alongside a series of images of the pair together.

“Love is work but most of all, love is realising that every hour, every minute and every second was worth it because you did it together. We are real.”

She also hinted at a date for their wedding, writing, “Bring on December 3, 2022”.

After her ill-fated marriage with barista Billy Vincent on the hit Channel 9 show MAFS, Bradley was spotted out in public with Carney as early as March, 2019.

Carney shot into the NRL spotlight as a 17-year-old, however, his career was derailed by a series of off-field incidents that saw him sacked from Canberra and released by the Sydney Roosters before the infamous bubbler incident at Cronulla saw him ultimately exiled from the NRL.

At the time someone posted footage of Carney appearing to urinate in his own mouth on Instagram, and that was the end of his both stellar and incident-filled NRL career.

Carney, who now lives on Queensland’s Gold Coast where he works as a concreter, says he’s found peace in his life and wants athletes across the country to learn from his mistakes.

Bradley is also mum to a five-year-old daughter named Baby from a previous relationship.

Last year, the couple shared the first photos of their first child together, while also revealing their bold name choice.

“Lion Daryl Carney. Born an Aries, March 27 2021 at 10.50am, 7 pounds 9.4 ounces, 50cm long on a perfect autumn day,” Carney wrote on Instagram at the time.

He also shared a photo of Bradley breastfeeding Lion.

“A lion’s most common traits are majesty, strength, courage, justice and might. A lion stands for both gentleness and power all rolled into one. A lion in your life enables you to bring positive changes in the lives of yourself, your family and your friends. We love you our little Lion. You will be one of the greats,” he said.

Carney and Bradley, announced their first child would be a son during a fancy gender reveal video posted online.

It was during the reveal that Carney popped the question, catching his partner off guard.

Carney posted the moment on Instagram, writing: “We all have dreams and in 2020 all mine have come true. In 2021 my greatest gift is going to happen with a little Todd on the way and I’ll marry my best friend.”

Bradley shot down critics at the end of 2019, when the couple reunited after an on-again-off-again few months.

“Pretty sure it’s been no secret that Todd has effed up in the past,” she wrote online. “I’ve also made quite a few disastrous mistakes.

“But guess what? We own them and we’ve worked through them, and that’s up to us, so go us, we’ve come out the other side of it.

“Please keep your f***ing opinions to yourselves. If you can’t respect my relationship, go away, please, otherwise I’ll just block you, and that’s so time-consuming.”
