Dragons sign ‘key part’ of future plans as coach’s hunt continues
The Dragons have confirmed big signing news while the club continues to reel from its recent recruitment failures.
The Dragons have confirmed the extension of Moses Suli, re-signing the exciting centre for an additional three years.
The new contract will see Suli stay put at the club until at least the end of the 2027 season, having first joined the Dragons ahead of their 2022 campaign.
“We’re glad to be able to secure Moses for a further three seasons,” said Dragons head coach Shane Flanagan.
“He’s a powerful, mobile centre whose best football is still in front of him and he will be a key part of our backline over the coming years.”

It is finally some good news for the Dragons after the club missed out on signing high profile targets Addin Fonua-Blake and Tom Dearden.
Flanagan told The Daily Telegraph this week his team have been working extremely hard in pre-season and recruitment staff have now redirected their focus.
“Of course we are disappointed but that’s the game we are in, we have moved on already,” Flanagan said.
“There will be other options over the next 12 months ... our focus now is getting ready for season ‘24.
“The team has trained at an elite level for eight weeks and we break for Christmas knowing we have achieved our physical performance goals.”
The two players the Dragons now have their sights on are Cowboys pair Heilum Luki and young gun Kulikefu Finefeuiaki.
Luki, 22, has an option in his favour for 2025 with the Cowboys but is yet to take it up and is currently a free agent.
Meanwhile, 19-year-old Finefeuiaki has caught the eye of several NRL clubs and he comes off-contract at the end of 2024.
