The couple were surrounded by family and friends for the magical day with Cowboys teammate Valentine Holmes in attendance.
Cotter was forced to cancel his bucks party in the lead up to the wedding day after receiving a call up to the Australian team from Mal Meninga.
Following the win over Samoa the Cowboys prop said he was ready to make up for missing out the night before the big day.
“I missed mine (bucks party) because I was in camp last weekend,” he said.
“So, might have to visit the Mad Cow tonight.”
Cotter and Falco welcomed baby daughter Sunny in June, 2022 with the couple announcing the news in a shared Instagram post.
“Our Sunny girl,” the caption of the post said.
“We didn’t know how much our hearts needed you, until this moment.”
Cotter admitted he was nervous about missing the birth after he was selected to play for Queensland in the State of Origin series opener in Sydney.
Instead, he made a dream debut where he finished with 119m run and 51 tackles in the Maroons’ upset victory.
He wanted to fly home to Townsville as soon as possible following the win.
“I called my partner (first to tell her I’d been selected) – she’s at home, heavily pregnant,” Cotter said.
“We are expecting a little one in the next few weeks. We are pretty excited.
“Fingers crossed she can hold off for the next couple of weeks and time it perfectly.”
