BRETT Morris's recall to the NSW Origin team is a massive blow for SuperCoaches, who were expecting to have him on hand for next week's tough bye round.

Morris, who has surged in popularity this year following some bumper form, will now miss rounds 17 and 18 after being named on the right wing for the Blues, with Akuila Uate dropped.

In other SuperCoach news from round 16:

* Parramatta warhorse Nathan Hindmarsh (127) produced one of the biggest individual scores of all time. His performance was made even more remarkable given he only played 73 minutes and didn’t score a try.

* Corey Parker (96) rediscovered his SuperCoach mojo with a 56-tackle performance on Friday night, completed with a shin guard to protect a massive gash sustained in Origin II. SuperCoaches will be hoping Parker’s brilliant form doesn’t earn him a Queensland Origin spot.

* Nathan Peats again cut into the game time of South Sydney hooker Issac Luke, who notched just 54 minutes. However, Luke made hay while on the field, producing a barnstorming 75, including 42 tackles and four offloads.

* $113,000 cheapie Chris McQueen (71) produced a brilliant 80 minute performance, gaining a massive price rise for the mere two per cent who own him.

* Young Bulldogs backower Josh Jackson (29) put in an impressive debut and may come into contention as a cheapie after next week’s bye.
