They key for Samoa is their sensational forward pack, led by skipper Frank Pritchard, which has a great mix of power, experience and toughness. The injection of halves Fa’amanu Brown and Pita Godinet will give the Samoans some much needed direction as they look to back up last year’s narrow victory on the Gold Coast. Tonga will welcome back Feleti Mateo at five-eighth and the injection of David Fusitu’a at fullback seems certain to give them some sorely needed creativity.
