The 14.8-carat rings include 529 diamonds and 38 rubies, cost around A$60,000 each — and might have come with a typo.

The jewellery includes an inscribed list of teams Kansas City beat en route to their second straight title in February, including a first-round win over the Miami Dolphins, who are seemingly listed as the No. 7 seed in the AFC — but were actually the sixth seed.

Whether the slip-up made it onto the actual rings is not yet known.

Several football fans noticed the mistake and took to X to post about it.

“A typo in a ring that costs this much is exactly the kind of mistake I would make and would never stop thinking of for the rest of my life,” one user wrote.

“The @Chiefs really gave all their players rings with a typo….Miami was a 6 seed, not a 7. Oof,” another wrote.

Fans were given an inside view of the ring ceremony through quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes, who shared the experience through her Instagram Stories.

In a clip, Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce can be seen excitedly tracking down their code to unlock their personalised ring boxes to see their new piece of bling inside.

Brittany was without her sidekick — and Kelce’s pop megastar girlfriend — Taylor Swift, who attended 13 games last season, but is currently on tour in England.

However, Swift managed to join a live stream from Liverpool to support Kelce and the Chiefs.

Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker was also in attendance with his wife, Isabelle, only roughly a month after his controversial commencement speech at Benedictine College in Kansas.
