“We love playing in Australia in front of a home crowd,” Diamonds coach Stacey Marinkovich said.
“We hope to see sell out stadiums in Melbourne and Brisbane when we host the Silver Ferns in what is known as one of the greatest rivalries in elite sport.”
The series will be completed in New Zealand with matches in Invercargill (October 19) and Auckland (October 19).
The Diamonds won last year’s Constellation Cup on aggregate courtesy of more goals (215 to 208) over the entire series, which finished with each nation winning two matches.
Netball Australia signed a $15 million sponsorship deal with Visit Victoria last year ensuring the state effectively becomes the home of the Diamonds and will host at least one international Test match for the next five years.
The Constellation Cup will be broadcast live and exclusively in Australia on Fox Sports, available through Foxtel and Kayo Freebies.
