The RB21 will look vastly different to how it normally graces the grid with the car running a striking white and red design.

The livery is said to pay tribute to Honda by sporting a design inspired by the RA272 car which gave the engine manufacturer it’s inaugural win back in 1965.

“Our relationship with Honda deserves celebration, it has been one of continued success and brought the team one of the most triumphant and dominant periods in our history,” said CEO and Team Principal Christian Horner.

“Max has won four world titles with a Honda power unit, and the team have lifted two Constructors’ titles. In addition, Honda’s reliability enabled it to complete the most successful season in the sport’s history in 2023.

“This livery is a tribute to Honda’s success in the sport and the final year of what has been a thoroughly enjoyable partnership. I am looking forward to seeing it out on track.”

One fan wrote on X: “OMG that’s even better than the 2021 white bull.”

A second added: “My word that is absolutely stunning.”

A third wrote: “This might be the best livery of all time.”

A fourth posted: “How can a piece of metal move me like this.”

While the reveal stole the limelight, Red Bull have endured a rollercoaster start to the 2025 Formula 1 season.

The team severed ties with rookie Liam Lawson after the opening two races in a move that rocked the grid.

The New Zealander has endured a dire start to the 2025 season, crashing out in Australia and finishing 16th at the Chinese Grand Prix, more than a minute behind teammate Max Verstappen.

Lawson was also eliminated from the Q1 in Melbourne and Shanghai, qualifying dead last for both the sprint and Grand Prix in Shanghai as he struggled to come to grips with the car.

Lawson was demoted to the junior Racing Bulls team with Yuki Tsunoda being promoted to take his place.

The Japanese Grand Prix will be Tsunoda’s first race and will take place on Sunday, April 6 from 3pm.
