LOVE it or hate it, the Brazil World Cup Opening Ceremony has definitely given us something to tweet about.

From Jennifer Lopez’s skimpy, metallic green outfit to Pitbull’s tight, white capri pants, the tweeps of the world have been shooting goals.

Daphne Cornez, the artistic director, described the event via FIFA.com as “a tribute to Brazil and its treasures: nature, people, football”. But looking at the reaction on Twitter, not everyone got it.
