SOUTH Korea will extend their upcoming stay in Brisbane to play Uzbekistan at Ballymore on November 20.
Already locked in to meet the Socceroos at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday week, the Koreans have added to their 2019 Asian Cup preparations with the clash against the Uzbeks three days later.
The match takes place on the same night Australia hosts Lebanon at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium.
“To have four of the 24 competing (Asian Cup) nations coming to Australia just two months before the tournament is a credit to the type of facilities and organisation Australia can provide,” Football Federation Australia chief executive David Gallop said.
