AARON Mooy’s brilliance helped Melbourne City return to the A-League’s top six with a comprehensive 5-1 victory over Perth Glory.

Mooy scored one, set up two and played a massive part in the others as City ran riot over the visitors at AAMI Park on Friday night.

John van’t Schip’s side had dropped out of the finals positions last week following a 1-1 draw with Brisbane Roar at Suncorp Stadium.
