Internet roasts Jack Wilshere after joining Bournemouth on loan
IT MARKED Bournemouth’s most prominent signing in club history, but whenever Jack Wilshere’s name gets mentioned, the trolls came out fast and hard.
BOURNEMOUTH landed quite the coup on transfer deadline day, signing Arsenal’s Jack Wilshere on a season-long loan.
The 24-year-old joins the Cherries looking to revive a career that’s been regularly derailed by injuries, and his outlook for regular playing time is now much rosier than had he stayed at the Emirates — as long as he can finally stay healthy, that is.
For Bournemouth it’s their most prominent signing in club history, even if it’s only on loan, so this looks like a pretty great deal for both sides.
However, as is required of the internet whenever Wilshere’s name gets mentioned, the trolls came out fast and hard to roast the oft-injured England midfielder.
They didn’t disappoint.

And no, The Roast of Jack Wilshere didn’t only include injury jokes.
His reputation for being lazy and somewhat of a party animal was also heavily exposed, particularly by British supermarket giant Iceland.
Hi @JackWilshere. Our Bournemouth store is open until 7pm this evening and yes, we do sell Prosecco. We don't stock cigarettes. Thanks.

Probably a good thing that Bournemouth no longer play at the Fitness First Stadium. #Wilshere

I reckon Jack Wilshere got eight minutes into a free âTeach Yourself Italianâ app before sacking it in and joining Bournemouth, wbu
