Australian football community in mourning after death of Mark Kingsman
The Australian football community is grieving after Brisbane Roar’s former MD Mark Kingsman died in a tragic accident.
The Australian football community is mourning the death of former Brisbane Roar boss Mark Kingsman who died after falling off a jet ski on the Gold Coast this week.
Brisbane Roar shared their condolences to the family and friends of Mr Kingsman, 54, who died after jetskiing off the Queensland coast on Wednesday.
Mr Kingsman, 54, possibly suffered a medical episode when he fell from his ski off South Stradbroke Island.

Paramedics were called to the scene but the Gold Coast resident could not be revived.
They said he swallowed a large amount of water just before 8am.
Former Socceroos pair Craig Moore and Danny Tiatto were said to be among the three close friends with him when he died.
Mr Moore, the Roar’s former football director, attempted to resuscitate Mr Kingsman while waiting for paramedics.
Mr Kingsman was Roar’s boss for 14 months before being controversially sacked by the club in October 2017.
He had gone on to be chief executive of East Coast Car Rentals.
Roar players are expected to don black armbands for their clash with Perth Glory in Brisbane on Sunday night.
A minute’s silence will be observed in Mr Kingsman’s honour before kick-off.

Tributes have been flowing on social media for Mr Kingsman and his family.
CEO of Football Federation Victoria Peter Filopoulos also took to social media to express his shock.
“Very saddened to hear this news. Rest In Peace Mark Kingsman,” he wrote.
