Son of Shane Warne Jackson consoled by new girlfriend
The grieving son of cricket legend Shane Warne has been consoled by his new girlfriend after the King of Spin’s death that shocked the world.
The girlfriend of Jackson Warne has come to his rescue after Shane Warne’s grieving children broke down while leaving their mother’s house.
It’s the first time the children of Shane Warne have been spotted since their cricket legend father’s shock death of a heart attack on the Thai island of Koh Samui last Friday.

Jackson, 23, and Brooke, 24 were leaving their mother Simone Callahan’s Brighton home on Wednesday when their car broke down.
Jackson’s 21-year-old girlfriend Kiah Broadsmith then came to the rescue to pick the grieving siblings up as mechanics worked on the car roadside.
The pair went Instagram official in December, when Jackson posted a photo on the beach at Sorrento in Victoria.
And they had approval from Shane, who wrote: “Awwwww love you guys” followed by nine hearts.
The Daily Mail reported at the time that Broadsmith is a “budding influencer”, model and believed to be a university student in Melbourne.
However, since Jackson made them Instagram official, there have been few photos of the pair together on the social media platform, only one posted by Broadsmith in early February with Jackson’s arm around her shoulders.
Shane also commented on this post with four hearts.
Jackson, who is a professional poker player and previously appeared on Channel 7’s SAS Australia, had a strong relationship with Shane but admitted on the reality show that he sometimes wished “that I wasn’t Shane Warne’s son” as it was tough to establish his own identity outside of the large shadow of the cricket legend.
“I want him (Shane) to be really proud of me,” he said.
“It’s been pretty frustrating my whole life. Whenever I walk into a room or meet someone it’s always, ‘Oh that’s Shane Warne’s son Jackson’. It’s never, ‘it’s Jackson’. I just want to be Jackson.”
Earlier this week, Jackson took to Instagram to share a statement in the wake of his father’s death, along with his sisters and the rest of his family.
“To my brother, my best friend, to my Dad, I love you so much,” he wrote. “I don’t think anything is ever going to fill the void you have left in my heart. Sitting at the poker table, walking around the golf course, watching the Saints and eating pizza is never going to be the same. But I know all you ever wanted for me is to be happy, no matter what. You just wanted me to be happy, that’s it. So that’s what I’m going to do, try and be happy. I am going to miss you so much Dad and you were truly the best father and mate anyone could’ve asked for. I love you so much Dad, see you soon.”
Warne’s death of a heart attack at the age of 52 last week has shocked the cricket world.
Tributes have flowed from across the cricket world while his family have revealed their devastation at losing the cricket legend as he had just begun a three month break from work.
Warne’s body will be sent home from Thailand and the cricket legend will be honoured in a State funeral on Wednesday March 30 at the MCG.
It’s expected between 80-100,000 fans will farewell the king of spin for the final time at the event.
The MCG’s Great Southern Stand will also be renamed the S.K. Warne Stand in his honour.
