Ebanie Bridges clips Avril Mathie ahead of fight dubbed ‘battle of the boobs’
World champion Ebanie Bridges has delivered the first shot in her upcoming title defence in a fight she’s dubbed the “battle of the boobs”.
Ebanie Bridges praised her upcoming opponent’s boobs – but is sure she is in for a tough fight.
Swimwear model Avril Mathie is set to fight Bridges on December 9 in the latest defence of her title, The Sun reports.

Bridges, 37, won the IBF female bantamweight title after defeating María Cecilia Román in March 2022, and she has defended her belt once with a victory over Shannon Matthews.
Now fellow Aussie Mathie stands in her way, but Bridges warned the model: “I can’t wait to smash your pretty face in.”
Bridges complimented Mathie on her boobs ahead of their showdown, but admitted she will be a tough opponent.
“Battle of the Boobs! She does have good boobs too, but mine are better. I’ve already won,” Bridges sad.
“She’s obviously a really good looking woman. She does OnlyFans as well, and she’s a swimwear model.
“I know a lot of people are writing her off, kind of like how everyone wrote me off because I’m pretty and a model and have an OnlyFans.
“I believe she’s gonna be a tough opponent. All the fights I’ve watched – and she’s been in some wars – she has shown real grit.”
The two fighters also had a tongue-in-cheek exchange on Twitter following Bridges’ warning.
Mathie, 36, hit back saying: “Would only be fair play after I’ve already exploded your right t***.”
“You gotta land on it to do that babes,” replied Bridges.
Mathie had the last word however, joking: “You say that like they’re gonna be hard to miss.”
Bridges previously predicted the fight between the pair would “break the internet” with Mathie following in the footsteps of the “Blonde Bomber” and wearing next-to-nothing at the weigh ins.
And it’s on the scales where the internet would go into meltdown according to the world champ.
“I love Avril, I think she’s great, honestly,” she told talkSPORT.
“She works really hard and I respect her for what she does, her hustle, her lifestyle and what she’s done.

“I think it will be a great fight and it will definitely be crowd pleasing. I think our weigh-ins will break the internet.”
Bridges holds a 9-1 professional record with four knockout victories, while Mathie boasts an 8-1-1 record with three wins coming via KO.
