Boxing fans must have been scratching their eyes as photos of Derek Chisora’s thundering victory over Otto Wallin began spreading across cyberspace.

The 41-year-old boxing legend put on a show against former world champ Wallin when they faced off at the Co-Op Live arena in Manchester on Saturday.

The Briton put in arguably a career-best performance with the judges calling the fight 117-109, 114-112 and 116-110 in his favour.

Chisora twice dropped Wallin — in the ninth and 12th round — and one right hand hook from hell is now going viral.

TV footage showed Chisora’s off-banace shot only clipped Wallin’s chin, but it was enough to rob the Swedish fighter of his senses, The Sun reports.

The giant stumbled back the length of the ring and fell to the floor for an eight count.

He remarkably got back to his feet and settled back into the exchanges before Chisora struck late in the final seconds of the 12th round to drop him again.

The bell saved a dazed Wallin from the scary sight of having Chisora hunt him down.

Video of Wallin being punched into oblivion in the ninth round has stunned boxing fans.

As pointed out by one fan on X: “The still image makes it look like he was abducted by aliens”.

Another posted: “Chisora had Wallin skedaddling like he was in a cartoon”.

The win means Chisora will have one final fight before hanging up the gloves for good — and it will likely be against the biggest stars of the heavyweight division.

This victory in this leaves him free to arrange a final swansong.

He is now the IBF’s mandatory challenger for Daniel Dubois’ world title, but Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua have also been mentioned.

The victory clearly meant a lot to the home-crowd favourite.

“When I arrived I said I wasn’t going to cry, but I bawled like a baby,” he said.

“I love the sport, I love the fans. It was a very emotional day.

“It was a hard fight. Both of my ears have popped, I didn’t tell my trainers. It was tough.”

It was far from an easy fight for Chisora, who had blood pouring down his face in the sixth round.

There were fears the ring-side doctor could have ended the fight at the time, but Chisora was allowed to continue despite both his eyes closing over.

The Brit chose to celebrate victory in his own special way — inviting rappers Skepta, Lethal Bizzle and Tinie Tempah into the ring to give them giant pictures.

The three men framed? Potential final opponents Dubois, Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk.

Chisora then asked the audience which of the trio they want him to meet next - with AJ getting the loudest roar of approval.
