ANDREW Bogut’s life has changed.

It is a life where every warm-up session is packed out; every game sold out and demand for tickets is such that prices to games have tripled.

The Golden State Warriors have sold out 144 straight home games, and 18,500 people sit on a wait list for season tickets.

On the road, fans camp outside the team’s hotel and ask players for two separate autographs — one to keep and one to sell.

Welcome to life with the NBA’s history-breaking team.

The winning streak yesterday ended in Milwaukee on 28 regular-season wins, including four at the end of last season.

It was the second-longest winning streak in NBA history, just five wins behind the Los Angeles Lakers’ of 1971-72’s all-time record of 33 consecutive wins.

With Steph Curry shooting the lights out on almost a nightly basis, fans haven’t been able to get enough of the Warriors.

“There’s a lot more attention, and that’s with the way we’re playing and the way Steph (Curry) is playing,” Bogut said.

“There has been more and more media every game and more fans.

“We just played in Indiana and the ticket prices jumped from about $100 to about $350, so that kind of gives you an idea of what we’re bringing to games.”

The extra attention comes with the job and Bogut has become used to it.

For example, his management team — One Management Group — are taking expressions of interest for next year’s sports tour to the US.

Fans on the tour will watch NBA games and be given a guided tour of the Warriors and Lakers’ facilities, plus a basketball training session with Bogut.

But one of the biggest enticements is proving to be a photo with Bogut’s NBA championship ring.

Just another reminder that he is the starting centre on the team every player would kill to be on.

“It is all a dream come true,” he said. “My NBA career had been up and down, so to find my feet and be starting on a championship team with a key role and being around so many great players is a great feeling.

“When you put your shoes up and it is all said and done, these are the kind of years you’ll remember and cherish forever.”

The Melbourne big man will also always cherish the fact he played with Curry.

The guard is a scoring machine and on a planet of his how own right now.

He is one of the best outside shooters in the history of the game, just ask Bogut.

Just last week a video went viral of Bogut passing out to a wide-open Curry in the corner in a game against Charlotte.

After dishing out the pass, Bogut started jogging back on defence before the shot had even left Curry’s hand.

That is sort of confidence they have in him and themselves right now.

“I saw no one run to him and they had kind of given up on the play,” Bogut said.

“It might have looked a bit strange, but I just knew it was going down so I thought I’d get back on D and get ready for the next possession.”
