WHEN a woman reached out to one of the best players in the NFL, she didn’t quite expect this level of response.

If you need to get out of work, call JJ Watt.

HE IS one of the most ferocious defensive players in the National Football League and apparently JJ Watt also has the power to excuse people from work.

At least that’s what happened in the case of Ashlee Sanchez.

She bought tickets to the annual charity softball game hosted by the Texans player but since game fell on a work day, her boss was the only thing standing her way.

So naturally, she reached out to Watt to express her disappointment, tweeting, “If only @JJWatt can write me a letter to excuse me from work.”

His response was as swift as his movement at the line of scrimmage.

Not only were his efforts awesome, they were also effective. Despite being a fan of the Texans’ cross-town rivals the Dallas Cowboys, Sanchez’s boss replied to the letter informing Watt his employee will be allowed to attend the game.
