A drive to the rim saw Curry become entangled with Aussie and Phoenix Suns big man Aron Baynes and Kelly Oubre as he looked to brace his fall with his hands.
As he hit the hardwood Baynes came crashing down on his left hand leaving Curry wincing in pain before he walked off the floor into the locker room.
Shortly after the team announced the news Curry had broken his left hand. He’s set to have a CT scan to decided if he’ll require surgery on the hand.
The reaction from the fans, players and those around the league was one of shock and sadness they wouldn’t be seeing the two-time MVP on the hardwood anytime soon.

“Feel terrible for what happened to Steph. It’s unfortunate. You never want to see someone go down and get hurt, let alone be a part of it. Best wishes to him and hope he has a speedy recovery,” Baynes said after the game.
