Westbrook confronted the fan after the 98-89 win while he was walking around the court and congratulating travelling Thunder fans.
The video shows Westbrook appearing to react to something said to him by a nearby fan.
“I’m going to say one thing,” Westbrook said as nearby fans and officials appear to tell him to try to ignore the heckling.
“I’ll f*** him up, I promise you,” he continued.
“I promise you. You think I’m playing? I swear to god, I swear to god. I’ll f*** you up. You and your wife, I’ll f*** you up.”

Westbrook clashed with the Utah crowd during the spiteful playoffs series, won by the Jazz last season.
Last season Westbrook slapped away a Jazz fan’s phone as he walked off court.
He said at the time that the Utah crowd was “vulgar”.
“I didn’t confront fans; fans confronted me,” Westbrook said last season.
“Here in Utah, man, a lot of disrespectful, vulgar things are said to the players here with these fans. It’s truly disrespectful. Talk about your families, your kids. It’s truly disrespectful to the game, man.”
Westbrook added 23 points, 11 rebounds, and eight assists on Tuesday as he combined with Dennis Schroder (24 points) to deny the Jazz.
Paul George chipped in 14 points and 11 rebounds. Steven Adams and Jerami Grant added 12 points apiece.
Donovan Mitchell scored 25 points for Utah, which shot just 36 per cent from the field. Royce O’Neale added 17 points while Rudy Gobert had 15 points and 12 rebounds.
Westbrook took over in the last quarter to stamp out a late Jazz run, scoring back-to-back baskets as part of a 9-1 run that put the Thunder up 98-84 with 1:32 remaining.
