FROM Kevin Garnett’s smooth response to reporters over coaching questions, to LeBron’s latest record and Jefferson’s monster dunk. NBA Jammed has all the action you might have missed.

BACK IN THE WOLF PACK

Kevin Garnett returned to the Minnesota Timberwolves this week, the team he played his first 12 NBA seasons with. In a very laid-back and warm press conference Garnett was asked a number of questions, but the highlight was definitely when he was asked if he’d ever want to dabble in coaching. His response was smooth.

LEBRON JOINS GREATS

‘King’ James earned another milestone in Cleveland’s win over Detroit this week. After setting up Kevin Love, James became the all-time assists leader among NBA forwards.

GASOL LOVES SHOUTING

Chicago forward Pau Gasol is a supreme NBA player. But what you might not hear during games broadcast on television is how vocal the towering Spaniard can get on court. You see, he likes shouting, and screaming, for even the smallest exertion of energy. Gasol is basically the Sharapova of basketball.

JEFFERSON WINDS BACK THE CLOCK

While the crowd were pumped for Amar’e Stoudemire’s first game for the Dallas Mavericks, it was veteran Richard Jefferson who really wowed fans with his spectacular dunk brought down from way up above the rim. Unfortunately the ref called it back for a foul, but it’s quality cannot be denied. Check it out.

BOSH UPBEAT

Heat hero Chris Bosh shocked the NBA world with news he would miss the rest of the 2014/15 season (at least) due to a blood clot found on his lung. Bosh was overwhelmed by the well wishes from fans and responded with a happy snap from his hospital bed.

“Thank you for all the messages, love and support. It has truly lifted my spirits through this tough process,” Bosh said on Instagram.

LAKERS ARE HAPPY (FOR ONCE)

No, you ready correctly. After ending a seven-game losing streak, the LA Lakers were stoked. Really stoked. Speaking to a reporter about their win over Boston, Jeremy Lin’s interview was cheekily interrupted by his grinning teammates Nick Young and Jordan Hill who proceeded to talk the team up and also compliment the reporter’s “men’s warehouse” suit.
