ONE of Jarryd Hayne’s 49ers teammates was wearing a microphone when the Aussie made his big 53-yard run on debut against the Houston Texans.

His reaction was awesome (but confusing).

Big defensive tackle Tony Jerod-Eddie was mic’d-up throughout the game in Houston and his reaction to Hayne’s charge was one of the highlights.

Jerod-Eddie gave a delighted yell after the Aussie surged downfield - though we’re not precisely sure what he said afterwards!
