Canada’s Miss Universe chooses ‘unique’ national costume

MISS Canada’s hockey themed national costume for the 63rd annual Miss Universe competition has to be seen to be believed.

IT’S no secret that Canadians love ice hockey, but sometimes that love can be taken too far.

And we submit that Miss Canada’s hockey themed national costume for the 63rd annual Miss Universe competition is several steps down the path of ‘too far’.

Hockey sticks for wings, the Stanley Cup as a tiara and we’re not going to touch the placement of the goal net ... it’s special.
