The iconic actor and bodybuilder joined brothers and ex-NFL stars Eli and Peyton Manning for their ESPN broadcast of the New York Jets game against the Los Angeles Chargers and stunned viewers with his pet donkey.
Schwarzenegger was the first guest on the list and appeared on screen, joined by his donkey, Lulu, while chatting with the brothers.
The Mannings were stunned as cameras captured Schwarzenegger handfeeding the donkey right before going to a commercial break.
Eli was commenting on the four-legged friend and took a typical dig at his big brother.
“What is? What is that?” the former Giants quarterback asked.
“That donkey looks like you eating Peyton.”
However, Schwarzenegger’s appearance didn’t last long as he suffered Wi-Fi connection issues, which Peyton blamed on the donkey.
“That donkey ate the heck out of that Wi-Fi,” Peyton joked.
Eli then confirmed the news that Schwarzenegger was not returning.
“All right, it’s official. Arnold is not coming back.
“He lied to us. He said ‘We’ll be back’ too many times, and he hit his quota,” Eli said.
NFL fans and Mannaingcast viewers rushed to social media with reactions to the bizarre moment
One said: “Never seen Peyton speechless. This was gold, lol.”
Another asked: “What is happening? Peyton was so confused, haha.”
A third joked: “More entertainment than watching the Jets.”
A fourth: “This is the content we like to see!”

And a fifth stated: “Monday Night Football is the best with the Mannings.”
Schwarzenegger has a pet donkey and a pet mini pony, and it’s common for the animals to be in his home.
The former California governor revealed in an interview with the 92nd Street Y, New York, that he didn’t intend to get a donkey after just having his mini horse, but it was an idea from his girlfriend.
“I never ever planned on having a donkey,” he said. “Next thing he knew, there was a donkey in the house.”
Viewers of Schwarzenegger’s recent Netflix documentary series would be familiar with the unusual pets that share his house.
For the record, the Chargers won the game, thrashing the Jets 27-6.
