LIONS superboot Josh Drummond is set to miss this Sunday's clash with West Coast at Patersons Stadium.

Drummond trained with Brisbane's rehab group at the Gabba this morning after being subbed out of last week's Q Clash 4 in the third quarter after experiencing cramp.

He also looked to have jarred a knee in a marking contest in the 11-point win over the Suns at Metricon Stadium.

Drummond appeared at Lions training today in a maroon jumper - the guernsey worn by injured Brisbane players who do not train with the main group.

Brisbane will name its team for the Round 18 match-up with the Eagles tonight and the Lions could rest a number of players for the trip west mindful of the six-day turnaround before the August 4 meeting with Richmond at the Gabba.
