LISTS for season 2016 are taking shape after clubs announced final list changes and rookie upgrades before the first list lodgement deadline on Friday.
Collingwood defender Jack Frost is one of 14 rookies to be promoted onto a senior list ahead of next season.
Frost has played 44 career games for the Pies and has developed into a reliable and competitive athletic key defender capable of standing some of the game’s best forwards.
For the second time in as many years, Frost was upgraded to the Pies’ primary list in 2015 and played 20 of a possible 22 matches.
RETIREMENTS, DELISTINGS, TRADES: WHO HAS LEFT YOUR CLUB
Mature-aged Richmond recruit Kane Lambert has won a spot on the Tigers’ primary list after an impressive second half of the season.
Lambert suffered a shoulder injury early in the season and didn’t return until Round 13 where he became one of Damien Hardwick’s emerging ball winners who can kick goals.
He played in the Tigers’ elimination final loss to North Melbourne.
Essendon has re-signed and upgraded ruckman Shaun McKernan to its primary list after he carried the Bombers’ ruck department in the final rounds of the season, while Adam Saad has been upgraded at Gold Coast after an impressive first season across halfback for the Suns.
