HAWTHORN has been forced to use its substitution earlier than expected with Cyril Rioli making way for Matthew Suckling.

Rioli received treatment during the second quarter on his left shoulder following a heavy bump in the centre square.
The exciting utility was subbed off at half time as a precaution.
Meanwhile, defender Josh Gibson looks to have overcome an ankle injury which cut his second quarter short.
The 28-year-old was helped off the ground, not able to put weight on his right ankle, midway through the term.
Gibson missed two matches after injuring his ankle in the Hawks’ shock loss to Sydney at Aurora Stadium in Round 5.
