Neeld was today appointed talent manager of Eastern Ranges, which means he will oversee the day-to-day running of the football department.

He replaces Anthony Parkin, who joined the recruiting team at Port Adelaide.
Neeld, who was sacked midway through his second season at Melbourne last year, said he looked forward to working with young AFL aspirants.
"The multifaceted nature of the role appealed to me, with it involving football operations, talent identification, player welfare and development amongst a number of other areas," Neeld said.
