AFL LADDER
1. SYDNEY
The Swans have locked in top spot after a big win over Adelaide on Saturday night and will host a qualifying final at the SCG against GWS.
2. PORT ADELAIDE
A win over Fremantle clinched second spot on the ladder and a home final against Geelong in week one.
3. GEELONG
Secured a huge win over West Coast to jump to third, but missed out on a home qualifying final.
4. GWS GIANTS
A Sydney derby qualifying final beckons after their loss to the Bulldogs in Ballarat.
5. BRISBANE LIONS
The Lions will host Carlton in an elimination final.
6. WESTERN BULLDOGS
The Bulldogs will host the Hawks in the first week of the finals after a sensational win in Ballarat.
7. HAWTHORN
Finals spot locked in after humbling North Melbourne by 124 points. A blockbuster against Bont and the Dogs awaits.
8. CARLTON
A last-gasp loss to St Kilda left the door ajar for Fremantle heading into the last game of the home-and-away season, but the Blues snuck into the finals after the Dockers’ defeat to Port Adelaide.
9. COLLINGWOOD
The Magpies defeated Melbourne by 46 points on Friday night to finish with 52 points, but finished behind Carlton on percentage.
