Trio pleads not guilty to murdering WA man found in burnt car in national park
Three people have denied murdering Noel Joseph Taylor, whose body was found in his burnt out vehicle.
Three people have pleaded not guilty to murdering a man, whose body was found in his burnt out car at a national park in WA.
The body of Noel Joseph Taylor, 59, was found inside the vehicle at Yanchep National Park on March 8.
Lynette Joy Taylor, Raymond George Gittos and John Robert Starr have each been charged with murder and criminal damage by fire.
The trio faced Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on Wednesday where they pleaded not guilty to all charges.
They will next appear in the WA Supreme Court on November 2.
