Teenage girl dies at scene of car crash in Darradup
Good Friday ended tragically for a teen girl who died in a car crash on WA’s country roads.
Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal crash in Darradup on Good Friday that left a 17-year-old girl dead.
Police say the teenager was driving a white Hyundai Getz south on Sues Road, near Blackwood Road, about 5.55pm when she lost control and collided with a tree.
The girl, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, received life-threatening injuries and tragically died at the scene.
Investigators want to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the crash, saw the Hyundai Getz or has dash-cam footage of the car prior to the crash.
