He allegedly tried to carjack an Uber, was tasered by police and stuck his tongue out at onlookers who filmed him.

About five police officers and several people restrained Clark and pulled him onto the street before he was tasered a second time.

Mr Clark’s lawyer told the court her client was hoping to enter negotiations with the prosecution and asked for the matter to be adjourned.

Deputy chief magistrate Elizabeth Woods extended Mr Clark’s bail and adjourned the matter until March 20.

He is facing charges for disorderly behaviour, obstructing police, assaulting an officer and attempting to steal a motor vehicle.
