Police are searching for a man who allegedly indecently assaulted a teenage girl in a walkway.
Detectives are searching for a man who allegedly indecently assaulted a teenage girl in a horrifying daylight attack in Perth’s south.
The teenage girl was attacked between 3.30pm and 3.50pm on Monday as she walked through a walkway between Juliet Rd and Recess Pkwy in Coolbellup.
The girl was then approached by an unknown male who tried to start a conversation with her before indecently assaulting her, WA Police said.
The girl was able to run away and report the incident to police.
The male is described as being aged between about 17 and 20 years, with an olive complexion, a slim build and black hair.
He was wearing black shorts, a black T-shirt and sneakers at the time of the alleged attack.
Child Abuse Squad detectives are investigating the incident and are urging anyone with any information or vision of the area between 3pm and 4pm to contact Crime Stoppers.
