Cyclist dead after collision with rubbish truck in Perth suburbs
A cyclist has died after colliding with a rubbish truck, less than an hour after four were killed in another crash in the same city.
A cyclist has died after colliding with a rubbish truck in Western Australia.
The collision took place on Monday about 4.30am in the Perth suburb of Bibra Lake.
The cyclist, a 59-year-old man, died at the scene. The 58-year-old male driver of the rubbish truck was uninjured, with crash investigators examining the scene.

The crash took place just 50 minutes after four people were killed in the Perth suburb of Cloverdale when a Toyota RAV4 driver intentionally drove on the wrong side of a major highway near the airport.
The RAV4 crashed into a taxi, killing the drivers of both vehicles. Two female taxi passengers aged 81 and 56 also died at the scene.
