The post attracted many replies of well wishes for the family.
“So very thrilled for them. Her big sister will be smiling down on them all,” one person wrote.
Another person commented: “May all blessings be on this child and her whole family.”
Aishwarya developed a fever on Good Friday last year and was taken to Perth Children’s Hospital the next day, but had to wait about two hours in the emergency department before she received treatment.
She died soon after from multi-organ failure due to fulminant sepsis.
The birth of the baby comes just weeks after Aishwarya’s parents sat through a nine-day inquest into her death at the WA Coroner’s Court.
