Television renovation queen Suzie Wilks has listed her Main Ridge acreage for $5.95m.
Wilks hosted a number of lifestyle programs, including Our House in the late ’90s, and the Australian version of Changing Rooms from 1998 to 2005.
In 1998, she became the first woman to host two prime-time shows on Australian television in the same year.

Other shows she hosted were Body Work, Postcards and Mothers in War.
Wilks was also a celebrity contestant in the second season of Dancing With the Stars in 2005 and presented a weekly radio show on 3AW from 2006-2008.
Now, she and her partner, David, are selling their four-bedroom house at 79 Tucks Rd on the Mornington Peninsula.
Property records show the pair purchased it for $5.595m in November 2020.
Kay & Burton Flinders director Andrew Hines declined to comment on the identity of the seller, but said the property’s major drawcard was its incredible location and the single-level house’s charming design.
“It’s everything that you’d expect the broader buying public to like,” Mr Hines said.
“It ticks an enormous number of boxes for people, style wise, and you can leave it exactly the way it is, or you could do further improvements to it.”
He added that Main Ridge was a sought after pocket of the Mornington Peninsula that grew substantially in popularity during the pandemic.

While the real estate market in the suburb had “come back a little bit”, Mr Hines said many Melburnians still dreamt of owning a home there one day.
The house features Spanish tiles, shiplap panelling, whitewashed and blackbutt floorboards, as well as plenty of natural light.
A Caesarstone island bench with a breakfast bar, a Smeg oven, a dishwasher, an integrated fridge and a butler’s pantry feature in the kitchen, while servery windows open to an outdoor bar.
There are also a second living space and home office above the double garage.
The property, which spans about 4ha, has two fenced paddocks, a solar-heated swimming pool, a tack room, workshop, feed storage, and direct access to a number of riding trails in Main Ridge.
Alongside her television hosting gigs, Wilks also had a brief stint in film when she had a speaking part in the Aussie movie December Boys in 2007, and also appeared in advertisements for Holden and Cadbury.
She co-wrote the book RUEA? (Are You Emotionally Available?). Wilks stepped away from television in 2011 to raise her daughter.
