One dead, three suffer life-threatening injuries in Shepparton minibus crash

One person has died and three more have been flown to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a minibus in Victoria’s north rolled over this afternoon.

A person has been killed and three more have been flown to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a minibus in Victoria’s north rolled over this afternoon.

The crash happened on Murchison-Violet Town Road at Arcadia South, near Shepparton, at 2.30pm.

One passenger died at the scene, while three others were flown to hospital, Victoria Police said in a statement.

Another six passengers were seriously injured and taken to hospital by ambulance.

The driver of the minibus was also taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and the investigation is ongoing.
