The bodies of a man and a woman have been found floating in a river within 90 minutes of each other.
The bodies of a man and a woman have been found floating in the Maribyrnong River in Melbourne.
Victoria Police said a member of the public first spotted the man’s body in the water near Saltriver Place in Footscray about 9am on Sunday.
About 90 minutes later, another passer-by found the body of a woman in the water near Smithfield Rd in Flemington.
Both bodies are yet to be identified and police are investigating whether the deaths are suspicious and any links between the pair.
