An anti-government protester films ‘sovereign vehicle’ parking fine argument

You’ve heard of a sovereign citizen, but one man claims his car is a ‘sovereign vehicle’ and can’t be issued a parking fine.

Man argues his 'sovereign vehicle' can't be fined

A man who claims he owns a “sovereign vehicle” has filmed himself trying to weasel out of a parking fine using nonsensical pseudo-law.

It’s understood that the exchange between the anti-government protester who goes by Brad CC online and the seemingly unfazed Melbourne City parking ranger took place near Victoria’s Parliament House on Monday.

The video, which appears to begin mid-exchange, shows Brad launching into a foul-mouthed spay at the ranger, quickly descending into obscurity.

“It’s a sovereign vehicle, I’m not parked, I’m resting here, so don’t give me a f**king ticket,” Brad argued.

The ranger disagrees, saying bluntly: “You’re parked.”

“No, I’m not … it’s not a corporate f**king vehicle … I’m not parked, I’m resting in my vehicle. I’m not travelling, I’m not parked so f**k off with your f***ing s**t mate.”

Brad then appeared to have a rapid change of heart.

“Sorry about this, I don’t care,” he mumbles.

“You don’t care? And you’re saying sorry? Come on mate, there’s ladies here,” the ranger responds.

Brad captioned the video on his Facebook: “I know I got most of it wrong but got out of the ticket.”

Brad’s social media feed, which reads “FVK this grubernment … FVK all grubernments” in its intro, is a trip down the rabbit hole into a world of bizarre interactions and conspiracies.

Recent videos show Brad, who says he lives in his van and travels the country to attend rallies, attended a rally in Melbourne called “Leave the Kids Alone”, an anti-trans meeting that was billed to “stop the sexualisation of children.”

In another video uploaded on the same day, he recorded a person draped in a rainbow flag at an LGBTIQ meeting near the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

Brad had a whistle he blew every time a presenter at the meeting spoke, as well as hurling homophobic slurs.

In an older video, filmed as he drove through fog, he stated the government was “spraying us with f**king toxic shit”.

“(I’m driving through) geo-engineered fog at the moment … remember the old days when you drove through fog, you had to turn your f***king wipers on?” he said.

“No, there’s no moisture in it at all. Thanks government for f***ing looking out for us and spraying us with f***ing toxic s**t.”

Other videos revealed he believes the Freemasons were trying to silence him, that he was unfairly trolled online by ‘cooker watchers’ who are actually “government operatives” and “robots”, and he is not keen on the Covid-19 vaccine.
